Our My Pub Support website offers an exclusive online area where licensees can purchase just about everything and anything they need for their pub; from glasses; catering equipment and gardenware. Everything is priced at the rates we purchase at, ensuring our licensees can benefit from our group buying power.
Whether you’re an experienced food operator or new to food, our food team provides training, deals, menu development, ready to use menus, tools and advice to make sure that you can make the most of your food offer.
Licensing and legal matters can be daunting which is why we take the fear and expense of complying with licensing requirements away via our in-house Licensing Team. They handle all licensing applications or enquiries, completely free of charge. We want you to have every opportunity possible to maximise your business and our licensing team is here to make that happen. While our team can resolve most issues, if a situation escalates our in-house solicitor is on hand to help.
The in-house Admiral Property Helpdesk offers a flexible, common-sense approach to building maintenance. Working with professional consultants and our established contractor network, we ensure our pubs are a safe environment for you and your customers.
Our in-house team of surveyors work with the Property Helpdesk to organise and manage contractors, to ensure you receive the best service with minimum disruption to trade.
While we have overseen some impressive transformational projects, we understand the importance and value of small-scale initiatives. A new beer garden or exterior signage can make a real difference to your pub and trading.
Any building work at your pub can be daunting. Our team is highly experienced at project managing developments from start to finish. We will work in partnership with you to plan any improvement scheme. Once a scheme is agreed and approved, the team will seek your involvement and input. They will keep you informed throughout the process from the project’s inception through to its completion. We will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality.
Machines can provide a valuable source of entertainment not to mention income. The Machine Management team ensures all suppliers are vetted, are compliant and work to stringent KPIs to ensure you receive the best service and support to maximise your income and keep customers happy.
All suppliers can provide Digital AWP and we encourage the drive of these across our estate as they can give the best return – not only to the players but also to you. The suppliers will ensure all collections are carried out securely and properly and are able to assist with registering for MGD (Machines Games Duty) and declaring the same. We have suppliers of most types of Machines – whether it be AWP (fruit machine), SWP (quiz machine), Jukebox and Pool Table.
