Following the investment, The Union Arms will be completely refreshed with a bright, modern and welcoming feel. New flooring, fixtures, fittings and décor will transform the interior, creating an attractive and comfortable environment for customers to enjoy. The main trading area will offer a mix of loose and fixed seating, complemented by wooden, carpeted and tiled flooring to create distinct yet connected spaces. A dedicated sports zone will feature a pool table, dartboard and multiple TV screens, ensuring customers never miss a moment of the action. The central bar servery will serve all trading areas and will be stocked with a varied drinks range designed to appeal to the local community. Outside, customers will be able to enjoy two revitalised garden areas. Seating will be available at the front of the pub, whilst the rear garden will be brought back to life with new benches, festoon lighting and a covered seating area, creating an inviting space for socialising throughout the year.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.
