The pub is on a main through road and is surrounded by ample housing and many local amenities. The pub has recently benefited from a transformational refurbishment last year, which included full external and internal re-decoration and is currently in excellent condition throughout.
After undergoing refurbishment the pub will be revitalized, ensuring that it retains its charm while seamlessly incorporating modern design elements. This will carefully balance space to feel vibrant and inviting, making it a great community pub. It has various seating options with both loose and fixed creating distinct areas within the space. The bar is prominent and services all areas. It is well stocked with a great product range catering for all.

From DJs to live bands and karaoke, our vibrant entertainment program ensures there’s something for everyone. Catering to all age groups with a focus on entertainment, we aim to keep the rhythm of the week lively. Expect an established product range, enticing promotions, and excellent value for our valued customers
This layout is to be well-suited for a family or individuals who value space and functionality in their living environment. There are three bedrooms, kitchen/diner, utility room and living room.
Security deposit – £2,000
As part of our unique agreement, you’ll have the opportunity to manage The Cossham Inn as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns takes care of essential running costs, such as rates, utilities, and day-to-day expenses, while you earn a percentage of weekly sales. Your responsibility lies in managing employment costs for your staff and any council tax for the residential quarters. This setup empowers you to increase your income through sales growth, while we handle the operational details.
No rent applicable on this agreement.
