COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF HAWTHORN

Following its announcement on the 26th July 2021, the Board of Admiral Taverns, the UK’s number one community pub group, is pleased to announce that it has now completed the acquisition of Hawthorn, the Community Pub Company, from NewRiver REIT PLC (“NewRiver”).

Commenting on the acquisition, Chris Jowsey, Chief Executive of Admiral Taverns said:
