Given the nature of this business i require someone with previous expereince in running a similar style of pub. They will have a strong focus on driving wet sales through live sport, games teams, and a consistent rhythm of midweek and weekend activity. The successful applicant will be proactive in engaging with the local community, building loyalty and developing multiple darts and pool teams to drive repeat trade. They will maximise all areas of the pub, including the enhanced beer garden, to increase dwell time and overall sales. Commercially aware and well organised, they will take full advantage of the recent investment to grow the business and establish the Meadows as a standout Proper Pub.
