This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.

John Previll the Business Development Manager, is seeking a community-focused operator who can maintain a consistent rhythm throughout the week, ideally with experience in a similar style and a proven track record. This person/persons would need the skill set to orchestrate activities, events and initiatives that engage the community and keep them connected on a regular basis. To thrive in this position, you should have previous experience in running a similar style venue, demonstrating your ability to successfully manage operations.
