The Ladybrook is a true community pub, Proper Pubs invested in this fantastic pub back in July 2022 so the pub is in great condition throughout. Situated in the suburban area on the outskirts of bustling town of Mansfield. Mansfield is a busy market town within the County of Nottinghamshire and situated just 12 miles north of the city centre The pub has established itself as a hub for the local community, and is surrounded by chimney pots and local shops. The Ladybrook was refurbished internally and externally back in 2022 and is in great condition throughout. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan area featuring the main bar. The interior boasts both modern & traditional aesthetic, the atmosphere is vibrant yet inviting, perfect for socialising or enjoying a night out. Both areas are tastefully furnished with a combination of loose and fixed seating, catering to various group sizes and preferences. The left hand side is a great space for functions with its own toilets and could easily be sectioned off for community events and family gatherings. The flooring is a mix of hard and soft materials, providing both comfort and practicality. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the presence of two TVs strategically placed around the right hand side lounge area, ensuring that locals can catch all the action from any vantage point. There are two darts boards and a pool table which are used by the locals and the pub teams. Beyond the pub lies a spectacular enclosed beer garden for approximately 80 guests this external space is perfect for those summer months and for hosting community events.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

To thrive in this position, you should have previous experience in running a similar style venue, demonstrating your ability to successfully manage operations and create a welcoming environment for guests. Your creativity, adaptability, and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring the ongoing success of our pub.
