The Pub is situated in the town centre of Cavendish and benefits from great visibility with its striking features. The pub is on the busy day and evening circuit and well supported by locals and people visiting the area.  Keighley is a market town on the edge of  vibrant and diverse city of Bradford with close neighbourhood links to Halifax and Skipton

The Pub is in fantastic condition throughout with a warm and welcoming feeling. Even with the significant investment back in 2022 the pub has retained many of its original features with large bay windows allowing the natural day light to shine through we have ensured that it retains its charm while seamlessly incorporating modern design elements and carefully balancing the space so it feels vibrant and inviting, the soft furnishing as balanced with both relaxed cosy seating and high poser tables.  The traditional bar is prominent and services all areas with a great value product range catering .There is also plenty of space to put on live entertainment and well as screens to watch the televised sports on. The Cavendish is a chameleon business with a diverse customer base, live sports is shown on high quality TVs in the trade areas with both Sky and TNT being provided. The pub will need to hosts pool and darts teams during the week to make use of the pool table and high spec darts boards.  Live music features in the the vibrant and exciting rhythm of the week with , DJ’s , bands & karaoke proving popular with the locals. The private accommodation is located on the first floor of the pub with four bedrooms, kitchen, lounge & bathroom all of which will is in good condition.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.

Your previous experience in delivering live entertainment, combined with an understanding of the local marketplace, will be key to your success.
