We are thrilled to announce the opening of our first Proper Pub in the picturesque market town of Brigg, North Lincolnshire! With a substantial £240,000 investment, The Britannia is set to undergo a transformative refurbishment to bring a new, vibrant atmosphere to the heart of the community.

Brigg is a charming market town in North Lincolnshire, boasts a population of approximately 6,000 residents. Known for its bustling high street featuring a mix of well-known high street brands and unique independent retailers. Located at the top of Wrawby Street, The Britannia is in close proximity to the pedestrianised retail zone and the town’s railway station. This prime location makes it an ideal spot for both locals and visitors to enjoy

The Britannia Inn has an open-plan bar area , The bar is prominent and services all areas and is carefully positioned for ease of service on those busy nights it has a varied product range featuring a great selection of category leading products, complemented by numerous regular weekly promotions, customers can expect exceptional value for their money. To the right of the main entrance is a dedicated pool room area complete with state of the art dart board a great opportunity for a new operator to introduce local sports team which will be boost mid week trade. Externally there is a great space with a variety of seating , some covered areas and complete with festoon lighting. The decor of the pub is set to be revamped with new fixtures and fittings, stylish lighting, and modern flooring, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all the locals to enjoy.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.
