We’re delighted to announce that another fantastic community pub is joining the Proper Pubs family. The Shephall Tavern will undergo a full internal refurbishment, along with new external signage, as Proper Pubs invests around £250,000 into this brilliant local community pub. Perfectly positioned at the heart of the community, the pub sits amongst a range of local convenience stores and takeaways, with a strong residential catchment area just a short walk away. With excellent visibility on a busy road, a bus stop located directly outside, and its location on the edge of the shopping area, the Shephall Tavern is ideally positioned to serve both regular locals and passing trade.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock, public liability and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
