The Parkhall Tavern is located in the centre of the main housing area of Mansfield Woodhouse. It is surrounded by dwellings, it has other pubs, shops and amenities in the area creating a hub for the local community. Mansfield is a market town and the administrative centre of the Mansfield district in Nottinghamshire. It is the largest town in the wider Mansfield urban area and the second largest settlement in Nottinghamshire.

The pub will be transformed in every aspect , with its fresh and inviting décor the pub will have a warm and welcoming ambience. The pub whilst open plan will be strategically designed in zones to create that warm feeling. There will be a state of the art darts board and pool tables for the locals to enjoy and will allow the operator to embrace sports teams. There will be numerous strategically placed television screens so customers can enjoy the paid sports. The seating will be both fixed and loose complimented with carpeted and wooden floors. Externally this pub is a real gem, with a suntrap of an area which is fully decked out with festoon lighting and makes a great space to watch the world go by in the summer months. To the front of the pub there is a large car park which could double up for community events such as fun days and car boot sales

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
