Loddiswell Inn, Kingsbridge

The Loddiswell Inn is a traditional pub occupying a corner plot right in the centre of the village. There are two interlinked trade areas both served by an attractive bar area, with open fires and a secondary raised seating area that is ideal for functions and Sunday lunches. Ladies and Gents facilities. Basement cellar. There is a well-equipped commercial kitchen and a lovely cosy patio area.

The Loddiswell Inn is a versatile property with much to offer the new owners. The Loddiswell is exactly what you expect to see when walking into a traditional cosy village pub. When walking through the trade area, there is a well appointed and fitted out ladies and gents toilets and a passage way through to the well equipped trade kitchen. The kitchen is fitted out in stainless steel with a range cooker, oven, double fryers, many items of equipment and fully equipped with small catering effects. Outside of the pub, there is a well built smoking shelter and a small grassed area with some pub benches. Please note that the front seating area is currently owned by the village and not the pub.
