You will need bags of energy and passion as this is an exciting opportunity that you will want to grab with both hands. You must have previous experience in running a similar style venue and showcase the skills to market and deliver a strong rhythm of the week.

The Clock Tower has been tastefully decorated throughout. On entry, guests are greeted by the bar servery, well stocked with a wide range of drinks to suit all tastes. The main bar area is thoughtfully arranged with a mix of loose and fixed seating, complemented by several TV screens showing live sports, creating a lively and welcoming space to catch up with friends. To the right, a cosy snug area which features a dedicated darts board and comfortable seating for locals to enjoy. At the rear, there is a pool table and jukebox, as well as access to the garden, which boasts a decked area leading onto a patio with an external TV, perfect for outdoor socialising.

The Clock Tower serves as a welcoming hub for the community, where both long standing and new customers can enjoy traditional pub games alongside modern sports and entertainment. The pub offers extensive sports coverage throughout the week on multiple screens, including Sky Sports and TNT Sports and proudly hosts several local sports teams. The new operator will be expected to foster a vibrant sports culture while introducing engaging weekend entertainment, such as quiz nights, karaoke and live music. Accessed directly via the pub, the private accommodation comprises three bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet, providing comfortable living quarters for the operator.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
