Following a recent investment of £260,000, the pub has been revitalised with a blend of modern and classic design elements. The internal layout includes various seating options, such as fixed booth seating and loose seating, creating distinct areas within the pub, all serviced by a central L-shaped bar. The beer garden, enhanced with wooden huts, provides a year-round pleasant and versatile experience.

The Church Inn aims to be a premium community hub with a diverse entertainment programme. It will offer live music instead of karaoke, ensuring a sophisticated atmosphere. The product range will be premium, including better glassware and reflective pricing. This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
