Experience in running a similar venue would be advantageous and applicants must have the right sales focused ideas to maximise sales before and after games whilst ensuring customers are served in a safe environment. You will need to plan and execute weekly entertainment such as quizzes, bingo and make bookings for weekly entertainment to include live acts or DJ’s. The Canal Turn has front and rear external space for milder and finer weather and to utilise as a worthy extension to pub capacity.
The Canal Turn, is located on a main road which connects Leigh to Atherton & Tyldesley, and the is also just off the East Lancs Road connecting Manchester and Liverpool, The local close by amenities include small convenience shops, take aways, other pub competitors and a short drive away are two Retail Parks, the closest is mainly leisure with a leading supermarket, the other with more shopping demographic. There are good bus transport links connecting all surrounding areas

Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
