Code Compliance Officer Announcement:
We’re pleased to confirm that Andy Clifford, our Property and Strategy Director, will also be taking on the role of Admiral’s nominated Code Compliance Officer (CCO) from 21st October 2019. Drawing on a career of over 22 years in the leased and tenanted pubs sector and in-depth understanding of the Statutory Pubs Code (“the Code”), Andy takes over from the Group’s former CCO, Mark Brown.

Community pub the Dusty Miller in Brighouse, Halifax, has received local recognition for its contribution to the local environment in the annual Yorkshire in Bloom awards as it was listed as a top small business in the gold category. The pub is owned by the UK’s leading community pub group, Admiral Taverns, and run by experienced licensee, Rob Wilde.

PUB VIEWING DAYS

A pub viewing day is your chance to focus on a specific pub and discuss your ideas should you progress to take this on. You will have the opportunity to have a look around, discuss and view any refurbishment planned and explore the pub’s business case in more detail including the level of funding you’ll need, the support we can offer you and what you should realistically expect. A Meet the Team Day gives you the opportunity to have a coffee and chat with our team. It’s very informal and will give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.  Whether you’re interested in a specific pub or you’ve not yet found the right one, meeting our team will give you the platform to map out the area you’re interested in as well as the type of pub you’re looking for. Our team will also discuss our application process, the steps you’ll need to take, the fantastic support we can offer and our different types of agreements available to you.
