This site caters for the whole community from the young to the old. There is disabled access to the pub through the rear patio area, which enables the licensee to provide OAP lunches as part of a monthly promotion. The licensee has offered a designated OAP scooter area to promote the pub to the local sheltered housing residents. As well as this, the pub benefits from pool, darts and football teams and currently offers Sky Sports. At weekends, live entertainment is on offer and Sunday lunches are also popular as well as the take-away Sunday lunch service. The food offering in this site could be extended further with the right operator. There is an established Facebook page for the site and on line marketing is up to date.
