This pub requires a strong experienced Operator with local knowledge of the area and the pub industry. The operator will work with the local community engaging the local residents and businesses. They must display passion and drive to succeed and will put their team and their community at the heart of everything they do. Key to driving this business forward is strong social media presence, internal and external marketing to re-launch the pub giving the community a reason to return. Entertainment, sports teams, Sports TV and a great rhythm of the week are also required here.
