Located on a prominent corner position on Anlaby Road this is a busy area of Hull with plenty of shops, amenities and houses nearby, the pub is just two miles from the town centre.

After undergoing refurbishment the pub will be revitalized in every aspect of the space, ensuring that it retains its charm while seamlessly incorporating modern design elements. Carefully balancing the space so it feels vibrant and inviting, making it a great community pub. It has various seating options with both loose and fixed, creating distinct areas within the space. The bar is prominent and services all areas with a great product range catering for all. This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home a percentage of the weekly sales, you are responsible for paying all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax for the residential quarters.
This model allows you the freedom to grow your income through increasing sales, whilst the landlords support you and keep the bills paid

The pub is in a premium location and needs a experienced community & sports focused operator , experience in running a similar venue would be advantageous as applicants must have the right organisational skills to maximise sales before and after games and ensure customers are always kept in a safe environment. You will need to balance the retail offer with regular events such as quiz nights, karaoke and the occasional live band. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the local marketplace as well as being community focused with a good knowledge of sports.
