The New Inn is centrally located to Clay Cross high street and has previously undergone investment last year. Clay Cross in a town in North East Derbyshire just five miles from Chesterfield.  The pub is on the main circuit with numerous shops and pubs within walking distance and will benefit from the Clay Cross redevelopment grant, currently being planned by the council. A green space and park set is to be built at the rear of the pub in 2024 which will give great views from the beer garden and better access for public.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home a percentage of the weekly sales, you are responsible for paying all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax for the residential quarters.
This model allows you the freedom to grow your income through increasing sales, whilst the landlords support you and keep the bills paid.
