With two bedrooms, a sitting room, bathroom, and kitchen, it provides ample living space ideally suited for a couple or family (not suitable for small children).

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.

Paul Jackson the Business Development Manager is seeking a experienced town centre operator with a successful track record of running a similar pub. The new operator should implement a great rhythm of the week by focusing on ensuring that all the customers are catered for. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the local marketplace and have the skill to deliver on a daily bases. So if you have a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of the local marketplace, and the skill to deliver exceptional experiences on a daily basis then this is the pub for you!
