Pub Layout

The pub has a light and airy feel, it is neutrally decorated with some exposed brick work. On entering you are greeted with a traditional and welcoming furnished pub, there is both fixed and loose seating around the pub all in reasonable order. There is a prominent central bar which services three separate trading areas. One of the areas being a separate sports room to the left hand side which is home to the pool table. The pub also benefits from a small trade kitchen which is located to the rear of the premises this could be utilised to offer a simple pub food fayre.

Outside, to the rear of the property there is an enclosed paved garden which has around ten benches with some modernisation this could be a real gem for all year round enjoyment. There is a car park for on average ten cars to the side, there is also a free parking facility at the rear of the premises for over flow.

The pub currently trades as a wet led community local.  There is a need to develop a strong teams element which would provide a good boost to mid week trade. At the weekend live entertainment has been popular, introducing quiz nights and further team activities would be of benefit. The small kitchen lends itself to a simple but affective bar menu which would be most welcome by the locals. The bar has a good product range including cask ales and gins.
