Admiral Taverns offer a variety of training courses across the UK, through approved training providers. We can recommend the INTRODUCTION TO PROFITABLE RETAILING EXCELLENCE workshop which incorporates the BIIAB Introduction to Licensed Retail Operations qualification. The BII being the leading awarding body and membership organisation for those in the licensed trade. This three day course will get you off to a flying start.

The intensive 3 day programme is designed to suit everyone, with or without previous experience in the industry. It comprises 13 sections covering all aspects of operating a licensed premises, from marketing, health & safety and employment law through to drinks service and stock control. Those attending receive a comprehensive tool kit of guidance notes, reference documents, financial spreadsheets and a CD Rom of superb templates.
