Trading style

The Swan Inn trades as a traditional community pub and has previously benefited from having a darts team as well as a good following from local football teams. The ideal applicant will be familiar with the pub and have the drive and determination to make this pub the hub of the community. They will need to introduce a ‘jam packed’ entertainment offer to include karaoke and live entertainment as well as live sports. The pub trades from a central bar servery servicing two separate trading areas. There is a lounge to the left of the pub with seating and to the right is the bar which is mainly used by the locals. This area is also home to the darts okke and gaming machines. This also leads onto a double patio door and onto a covered smoking patio and an extensive beer garden with benches and is a real sun trap in the summer months.
