The Sea beach is situated near the beautiful sea front of Swansea, just off the main stretch that runs parallel with the sandy beach. It is nestled amongst some small hotels and has a large residential area with local amenities near by. Swansea is the second largest city in Wales and welcomes visitors all year round and with its excellent university it is popular amongst university goers. Admiral Taverns are looking for applicants who are fairly local to the area. They will be keen to enter into community life and have great attention to detail. They will work with Admiral Taverns to ensure the Sea beach becomes the best pub in the area. They will have some food experience and will be able to cater to the needs of the local community.

Trading style

The Sea beach is a large end building with a small covered smoking solution to the front. To the side of the building there is parking for two cars and paid parking is available locally .The Sea beach is very much a community pub, it is already home to numerous teams including pool and darts which provides extra mid-week income. At the weekend, live music and karaoke proves very popular with locals and tourists. The Seabeach currently has a smaller food offering with a light evening and weekend menu. There is scope to increase this offering with lunch time deals and a more extensive food offering.

Trade accommodation

The Seabeach is very much open plan. On entry there is a variety of low and high tables and located to the right is a pool table, darts board and large screen television which shows regular sports matches all being very popular with the locals and tourists. The bar server is situated on the back wall with a good view of all trading areas. There is approximately seating for 30 - 40 covers, it has side access direct from the bar into the open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and ready to trade, having recently been awarded five-stars hygiene rating. The toilets are situated to the back of the building away from the main trading area. The fixtures and fitting are all is good condition.
