The pub trades very well and the respected patrons of the local community regularly visit. The current licensee has worked tirelessly to make sure that there is always a great atmosphere. Live TV sports are available and teams such as pool and dominoes participate in local leagues. The pub thrives on real ales and benefits from providing a great product range mix. The ideal applicant will be experienced in running local community pubs on or around the outskirts of Manchester, they will need a good knowledge of how to look after cask ales. The applicant will need good business acumen and know how to drive results from the business through sound Profit and Loss account knowledge.

Trade accommodation

On entering the outlet there is an L shaped lounge to the left with real fires and seating. This area also hosts the darts board. To the right hand side is the sports bar where you will find the pool table and this area is mainly used by the locals. The pub is very well decorated and current standards are excellent. There is a small raised area in the lounge which is used for weekend entertainment and there is a small rear yard available for smokers.
