Trading style

The outlet has been trading as a late night venue recently however there is scope to lengthen the trading periods to make more of day time trade. There is an excellent opportunity for the new licensee to introduce sports teams including pool and darts as well as the introduction of live sports to enable the pub to cater for the avid sports fans. There is also an opportunity to launch an excellent entertainment offer adhering to the licensing conditions. Admiral Taverns are looking for applicants who are familiar with Dresden and have a clear vision to build on this fantastic business. Admiral Taverns offer a range of support under the 'Business Support Agreement' which is particularly advantageous for those who are new to the industry. Trade accommodation

The pub trades from one main lounge which is accessed from the main entrance. The bar is located to the right of this trade space with a seating area for approximately 20 seats to the left of the open plan room. There is a small sports area which houses the pool table and also space for a DJ. Outside there is a paved area which is used as a beer garden/smoking area to the rear and also a car parking for 12 cars.
