Trading style

The Mountain Ash really is at the heart of the community surrounded by a highly-populated housing area. It is popular amongst the locals with darts teams and pool teams providing a good mid-week trade. At the weekends live entertainment from DJ’s, bands and karaoke is also popular. There is a good size function room located just of the main trading area with a equipped trading kitchen.

Trade accommodation

The Mountain Ash is an end plot building with parking to the side for three cars. There is seating for up to 40 people with a mixture of low tables and fixed seating. The bar is a front facing horseshoe shape, offering a variety of draft products and spirits and there is scope to develop cask ales. The pool table is situated on a raised area with a darts board and TV screen which transforms into a band area at the weekends. The dining room which seats around 30 covers is just off this area. This area can often be used for larger parties and functions. The trade kitchen is situated on the first floor.
