The Lever Bridge is a detached building set is the village of Little Lever in the borough of Bolton in Greater Manchester. It lies two and a half miles from Bolton and two miles from Radcliffe and has a population of approximately 27,000. The pub is across the road from a school and the popular Leverhulme Park it is also close to Moses Gate Country Park.

The Lever Bridge is a family friendly community pub with an established customer base. The pub currently offers weekly quiz nights and weekend entertainment however there is lots of potential to introduce Sky Sports and BT Sport enabling the pub to cater to the wider community. Sports teams are also popular with the pub hosting their own pool and darts teams. There is a basic menu on offer at present offering bar snacks and Sunday lunches however there is a fantastic opportunity to develop further and make the offer more established. Admiral Taverns are looking for licensees who will look to further improve the overall retail offer by developing the food, entertainment and cask ale offer and making the Lever Bridge the place to be. They will need to have catering skills and ideally have experience of managing or having their own pub business. Entrance is via the front of the building into an open plan trading space with a raised seating area for up to 20 people to the right hand side with the bar servery also located to the right hand side. To the rear of the pub is a sports area with a pool table and darts area. To the right hand side is the lounge with a coal fire and this area can seat up to 30 covers. This area also hosts the games machine. The ladies and gents toilets are also located in this area. To the rear of the pub is the fully equipped catering kitchen. Externally there are benches located to the front of the pub which prove popular with the locals in the summer and there is also a BBQ area to the side of the pub. There is also an enclosed smoking shelter. Car parking is limited with only space for two cars however there is street parking close by.
