The Kings Arms is a town centre pub that benefits from a loyal and established customer base. The pub is very sports focused with pool, darts and football teams. It also benefits from large TVs and shows live sports which proves to be extremely popular with the locals. At weekends, you will find live entertainment such as karaoke. There is no food being served at present however there is scope to introduce a back bar food offer including sandwiches. On entering the pub, the bar is located in front of you on the left side and services all areas of the pub. On the right side of the entrance is a raised area with a pool table and the darts area is located on the left. The toilets are also located to left side. This area also leads out onto the beer garden with benches and smoking solution. Although there is no car park, there is on street parking close by. The general condition of the interior pub and its fixtures and fittings are in good condition and seats up to 50 covers. On the first floor there is currently an unused function room that could benefit weekend entertainment or cater for birthdays and christenings etc.
