King & Miller Details

Trading style

The King & Miller trades as a community local. It is in good condition and has previously had good local support providing team games, live sport and entertainment. Admiral Taverns are looking for an individual or couple who will see the potential and opportunity to re-launch a food offer to maximise the current trade and also bring in new clientele, to increase income.

Trade accommodation

The outlet is virtually open plan and has three key trading areas, with the general décor and fixtures and fittings in good order throughout. From the front entrance lobby is the main bar which is of a good size and can seat up to 50 covers and provides ample standing areas. The focal point of this room is the wonderful open fireplace. To the left of this room is a thriving games area with a pool table and darts area. From here you can access the rear gardens and smoking shelter. To the right of the main bar is the dining room/lounge area with mainly loose furniture, leading on from this room is the small but adequate function room which has its own basic servery. The site also benefits from a good size, well equipped catering kitchen and preparation area which is located directly behind the bar. Externally the site has a drinking area to the front with benches, and to the rear is a large enclosed garden with a purpose built smoking area. Although there is no car park, there is space to the right of the pub for up to five cars and plenty of free parking throughout Deepcar.
