This is a community local with a loyal customer base made up of all ages and genders. Sales are all drinks based but there is potential to introduce a simple bar snack menu which would further increase profits. The new licensees will need to grow the income streams by introducing a ‘rhythm of the week’ with regular entertainment, quizzes, sports-teams and other activities that are popular within the local community.
