The ‘Little’ Eagle is located at the top end of the main through road into Chorley only a short walk into the town centre. There are plenty of shops and local business close by including ASDA and Morrisons supermarkets. The area has a mixture of housing with small housing estates close by. To the rear of the pub there are many small retail and commercial businesses.

Trading style

This pub is predominantly drinks led however there are plans to develop a food offer to support the many pub teams that use the Eagle. The main development opportunity is the entertainment offer which has excellent facilities in the recently developed beer garden. Previously there have been many live music events and this should be continued with the new licensee. The pub is also well supported by the fans of Chorley football club which is located just behind the pub.

Trade accommodation

On entering the pub from the main entrance, you are welcomed by the bar servery to the left and a lounge to the right with a mixture of fixed and loose seating all in reasonable order. There is also a staircase taking you to the function room located on the first floor which can accommodate 40 people. To the rear is a separate room where you will find the pool table and darts board. The ladies and gents toilets are located to the far right hand side with access leading you onto the large beer garden with benches.

The private accommodation is split over two floors. On the first floor is the main area for families including three bedrooms, lounge kitchen and bathroom. Located on the second floor are two additional rooms that can be used as additional bedrooms however they will investment.
