Trading style

The Durham Ox is a community local which offers entertainment at weekends as well as various fun days on bank holidays and special events throughout the year. The pub shows Sky Sports and is home to darts and dominoes teams. Admiral Taverns are seeking a couple who want to be involved with the community. They will be looking to promote the business with entertainment and introduce fresh and new ideas to build the trade. Although there is no catering kitchen, there is an opportunity to introduce a small back bar food offer such as sandwiches and paninis.

On entering through the main doors you are faced with the main bar, which is located centrally with a lounge to the left seating up to 20, which benefits from a real fire. To the left is a bar with a darts board and this area seats up to 16. The ladies and gents toilets are located to the rear of the pub off a corridor, which also leads onto the patio and a large beer garden with a childrens play area. There is also a large car park for up to 20 cars.
