Trading style

The Clarendon is a community local pub which offers occasional entertainment and is home to both pool and football teams. Admiral Taverns are looking for strong applicants who are familiar with Miles Platting and have run similar types of pubs to the Clarendon. They will be willing to drive the sports teams and introduce additional teams such as darts, They will look to develop the current entertainment offer such as karaoke and live bands as well as introducing a small catering offer. The pub has a strong community feel and would therefore suit someone from Miles Platting.

Trade accommodation

The outlet trades from two separate rooms, both serviced from one long central bar servery located on the left side of the pub. There is a lounge located to the right side of the pub which is in good condition and can seat up to 50 and from this area the games room/tap room can be accessed. This trade space is located to the far right hand side of the pub and can seat up to 20. The ladies and gents toilets are located on the left hand side of the pub between the lounge and games room. Behind the bar there is a small kitchen prep area that is not being used at present. Externally, there is a small area to the front of the pub with three benches and a smoking solution. To the rear of the pub, there is a small car park for up to four cars however there is plenty of roadside parking close by.
