The Claremont is a community pub and has a good sized sports bar and a comfortable lounge area for customers to meet and enjoy the facilities on offer. The Claremont is a locals pub that is very much at the centre of the community, there are both ladies and gents darts teams and other popular pub games such as dominoes and pool are available. At weekends there is the opportunity to provide live entertainment which is always well received and the pub is well known for showing all live sporting events. We are looking for someone with local knowledge of the area who can develop and expand the current trade in the pub. A good business ethos with strict financial measures will ensure success. The ideal person will need to be prepared to work at all aspects of running the pub from bar work, cellar management and entertainments manager to being in control of accounts and stocks and all other day to day duties of making their business a successful venture.
