The Church Inn is a detached building located in the village of Lowton. Lowton is situated two miles from Leigh, seven miles south of Wigan and 11 miles from Manchester. The Church Inn is a traditional community pub offering entertainment and great beer. The pub has lots of potential with food as this is not currently being offered however with the right offer in place and with the support of Admiral Taverns catering team, a simple menu could be offered. Admiral Taverns are looking for an individual / couple to run this fantastic pub and look to its full potential and turn it into a profitable business. Ideally they will have bar experience and local knowledge of the area and will have the drive, enthusiasm and vision. Admiral Taverns offer a range of support under the 'Business Support Agreement' which is particularly advantageous for those who are new to the industry. This agreement will run for a set period of eight months, providing the licensee with bespoke training programmes, access to business insights from a range of industry experts, and an unrivalled portfolio of products and equipment.

Trade accommodation

The outlet trades from a long central bar with a large open plan trading area. There is a sports area to the right side of the pub with potential for pool and darts teams and then a seating area to the left hand side of the pub with a raised area and can seat up to 40 covers at any one time. The ladies and gents toilets are also located in the lounge. The fully equipped catering kitchen is located to the left hand side of the bar. There is also a beautiful beer garden to the rear of the pub which is enclosed and can prove popular in the summer months. To the front of the pub is outside benches and parking for up to eight cars. The pub is in excellent condition throughout.
