Bull & Bush Details

Trading style

The Bull & Bush is a well-respected, wet led community pub that has a good, loyal clientele. The pub has pool and darts teams and a popular entertainment program. Although the pub is more of a wet led pub, there is potential here to introduce a food offer. The pub would easily support a traditional bar snacks menu which would generate further income into the business. The pub also supports cask ale drinkers with three hand pulls and Cask Marque Accreditation. Admiral Taverns are looking for applicants who will have a clear vision for this community pub and will demonstrate the skills to drive this business forward. There is also an opportunity to build up local teams for both football and rugby as historically this has been a very busy sports pub.

Trade accommodation

The Bull & Bush is in good condition and the fixtures and fittings are full of character. The pub trades from an open plan, L-shaped bar. The bar is located to the right side of the pub with the catering kitchen located to the left. The pub can accommodate approximately 20 covers. Also on the right, is a door leading out to the front landscaped garden with traditional pub benches. It also benefits from two large gardens at the back of the property which act as fabulous beer gardens. This space is maximised in the Summer months. There is also a smoking shelter and a large car park for up to twenty cars.
