The Brewery Arms is a traditional community pub which has potential to develop its existing trade by becoming a real ‘hub of the community.’ Existing activities provide a sound base of sports teams and traditional bar games including; football, darts, dominoes and pool as well offering occasional live entertainment/karaoke. Admiral Taverns are looking for a local and experienced operator that has knowledge of the clientele and the local community, the ideal licensee would have a hands on approach and be able to grow sales and engage with the customers. Trade accommodation

The pub consists of a two room operation which is serviced by a central bar servery. The main bar is to the front and right of the property and is the livelier and more utilised of the two rooms whilst the room to the left is used an overspill during busy periods but also lends itself well for functions and small parties. In the bar area, you will find a pool table and darts okke as well as the ladies and gents toilets. Although there is no catering offer, there is potential to develop and introduce a small snack menu including pies and sandwiches.
