Cromer is on the beautiful Norfolk coastline and is a traditional Victorian resort town only 30 minutes north of Norwich (which also has a direct train service) and 15 minutes from Sheringham. Famous for its crabs Cromer is a destination in its own right and hosts a number of events and festivals during the year. The area has a number of local attractions including blue flag beaches, a theatre and 100 year old pier. The pub is situated close to the beach and in the heart of the town centre. The current offer is mainly wet led with a smaller food offer. Admiral Taverns are looking for a passionate individual or couple to drive this business forward.

Trading style

The pub is a large single bar operation which enables the whole trading area to be seen from the bar itself. The style of the pub is traditional with Sky Sports and BT a must to give customers another reason to visit especially off season. Food is currently offered during the daytime only and there is the potential to develop this further with the support of Admiral Taverns. There is a degree of seasonality that you should expect in a coastal resort though this can be off set by local pool and darts teams and engaging with the local community.

Trade accommodation

The pub compromises as a large single bar located on the ground floor. The trade kitchen directly off this is to the left with a pool area to the right, with toilets further around the bar through a small corridor. The pub is in good order and decoration. The kitchen is of a good size with new equipment recently added.

Private accommodation

Two bedroom accommodation on the first floor with private bathroom and kitchen with its own private entrance area. There are further rooms on the second floor which could be additional bedroom space albeit these would require some redecoration.
